Hall of Fame

The National Volleyball Centre is home to Volleyball Englands Hall of Fame. Named after the founder of the sport in this country, Dr Don Anthony, the Hall of Fame recognises those individuals that have made significant contributions to the sport of volleyball in England.

To be considered you must be nominated by one of Volleyball Englands Commissions. If you have any people in mind, people who have made a significant difference in our sport. Then please contact the President of the relevant commission and join us in honouring them.

The five categories of membership in the Dr Don Anthony Hall of Fame are as follows:

  • Male Player (nominated by Performance Commission)
  • Female Player (nominated by Performance Commission)
  • Coach (nominated by CoachCommission)
  • Referee (nominated by Referee Commission)
