Community Development Coaches
Community Development Coaches (CDCs) have been employed by Volleyball England and other local authorities to help drive an increase in volleyball participation across various regional locations in England.
The main aim of the CDC's is to increase the number of young people aged 5-19 years participating, leading and volunteering in volleyball clubs through Volleyball England’s Let's Play Volleyball community programme.
All of the CDCs have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of coaching volleyball, a track record of sports development and have attended professional development workshops for sports coaches.
